My name is Wilicia Haywood, and I'm a Junior UX/UI Designer

 

It's never been enough to just design for people, but more important to understand why I'm designing for them. 

Through my love for people, came the burning passion to create effective design solutions. As much as it’s a choice, I consider it an honor to be able to use my knowledge of problem-solving and design thinking to create products and services that best suit their needs. By continually keeping up with today's trends of a developing world. She uses her ability to ideate and her knowledge of research, to help formulate a clear path for understanding the minds and perspectives of the people she’s designing for.

I'm passionate about team building and learning from one another. I enjoy finding moments to create environments where designing is shown with passion and drive. Since the beginning of my career, I’ve focused on channeling my talent and creativity into meaningful and powerful results. I take pride in the work I do, as well as the strong relationships I’ve built with clients and colleagues. I firmly believe in working hard, working together, and having fun along the way.
